Lust for Life is an elegant, medium-bodied Pinot Noir with vibrant pops of flavor that you can only get from an expertly crafted carbonic wine. In its second year, this iteration is a bit more grown-up, with darker fruit notes (similar to a Beaujolais), but with bursts of wild hibiscus and cherry popsicle. 

Grapes: 100% Pinot Noir from Bassi Vineyard in San Luis Obispo County

Production: Carbonic maceration for 8 days, then pressed to neutral oak to finish primary fermentation. Aged for 12 months in neutral oak on undisturbed lees. Hand bottled by gravity, unfined/unfiltered
