Works On Paper
WORKS ON PAPER is part art project, part wine. On the wine front, it is a 50/50 co-ferment of organic blend Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir. On the art front, it is a collaborative product between 12 talented emerging artists. We tasked them to create a unique work that they felt embodied the Good Boy Wine experience. We then held an art exhibition where all the works were displayed. Grab the wine, it's delicious. If you feel moved by the art, hit us up as some of the works are for sale!

Grapes: 50% Pinot Gris (Talley Vineyards in San Luis Obispo) and 50% organic Pinot Noir (Bassi Vineyard in San Luis Obispo)
Region: SLO
Production: 50% of the grapes are fermented together in whole clusters, while the other 50% are crushed and de-stemmed in fiberglass tanks for 9 days before all the fruit is pressed and aged in neutral oak barrels for 14 months and bottle
Tasting notes: Freeze-dried strawberries, silken tofu, lemon sorbet
Food pairings: Wild Mushroom tagliatelle, avocado hand rolls, slabs of cherry & rhubarb pie, and... a second (or third) bottle of Works on Paper
